Thomas More zoekt een proactieve, dynamische partner die zal instaan voor de organisatie en reservatie van studentenreizen en die een efficiënte en kostenbesparende inrichting van de bedrijfsprocessen m.b.t studentenreizen zal ondersteunen. Analyse en rapportage maken hier rechtstreeks onderdeel van uit, alsook goede contacten met alle dienstverleners. De gekozen partner zal op de Thomas More campus De Vest in Mechelen een extra (publiek toegankelijk) filiaal van zijn reisorganisatie openen, waar hij nauw zal samenwerken met de studenten en begeleidende docent(en) die deel uitmaken van de interne Thomas More studentenreisdienst ‘Travel Factory’ voor het uitstippelen van de reizen en het maken van alle nodige boekingen. Onder studentenreizen worden alle mogelijke types reizen begrepen waarbij studenten van Thomas More betrokken zijn. De raamovereenkomst dekt het boeken van transport, accommodatie en activiteiten in binnen- en buitenland.
