Description
Het UMCG is voornemens maximaal acht Ondernemers te contracteren in een Raamovereenkomst voor een periode van maximaal acht (8) jaar, die naar maximale tevredenheid van alle gebruikers: • Massaspectrometrie (MS) configuraties al dan niet in combinatie met LC en/of GC (hierna genoemd MS configuratie) levert tegen een marktconforme prijs; • Toegevoegde waarde kan leveren in de technische support en ontwikkeling van de benodigde applicaties; • Op verzoek adequaat onderhoud uitvoert op de geleverde Massaspectrometrie configuraties. Dit wordt gespecificeerd in de nadere uitvraag. • Op verzoek, verbruiksartikelen levert. Dit wordt gespecificeerd in de nadere uitvraag. Het UMCG sluit bij gunning een Raamovereenkomst met maximaal acht Ondernemers. Door middel van een Uitvraag tot Nadere voorwaarden (ofwel Minicompetitie) (hierna: Nadere Uitvraag) sluit het UMCG een Nadere overeenkomst. De te vergeven overheidsopdrachten zullen in de Nadere Uitvraag nader worden gedefinieerd. Daarnaast zijn de eisen die betrekking hebben op de onderneming zo laag mogelijk gesteld zodat maximale mededinging is geborgd.
