Subdoelen: Advisering en partnerschap, Betrouwbare ondersteuning en service, Goede afstemming en korte communicatielijnen. - Het leveren van ICT-Hardware - Het geven van aankoopadvies - Het bieden van service en garantie (afhandeling) - Gebruiksklaar opleveren De raamovereenkomst heeft een maximale opdrachtwaarde van € 1.250.000,-
