Description
Het primaire doel van de aanbestedingsprocedure is het contracteren van een professionele Leverancier voor de levering van leermiddelen van goede kwaliteit tegen marktconforme prijzen en condities. Daarom wil Opdrachtgever een overeenkomst sluiten met een professionele Opdrachtnemer voor leermiddelen. De Raamovereenkomst expireert ofwel na afloop van de contractjaren (mogelijk inclusief optiejaren) ofwel na overschrijding van de maximale opdrachtwaarde van €3.474.711 euro exclusief BTW.
