De gemeente Arnhem wil een raamovereenkomst afsluiten met 2 ondernemers voor Juridisch en strategische advisering, begeleiding en uitvoering bij: voorkeursrechten, onteigening, verwervingsvraagstukken en minnelijke onderhandelingstrajecten, alsmede kennisdeling en helpdeskfunctie.
