De opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van bouwkundig onderhoud, storingswerkzaamheden en verbouwingen aan circa 70 gemeentelijke gebouwen van de gemeente Lelystad. De geselecteerde marktpartij wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt, is 24/7 inzetbaar voor storingen en calamiteiten, en voert alle werkzaamheden uit conform het Bestek Bouwkundige werkzaamheden diverse gebouwen. Gemeente Lelystaf gaat uit van een geraamde totale opdrachtwaarde van de Nadere Opdrachten (inclusief optiejaren/opties) van een € 4.000.000,00 (exclusief btw).
