Description
KVK wenst gebruik te maken van de expertise van een externe software ontwikkel- en beheerpartner om snel te kunnen schakelen in specifieke ontwikkelopdrachten. De behoefte om nog sneller KVK specifieke software te kunnen ontwikkelen zal in de komende jaren toenemen. Om niet steeds afzonderlijke (individuele) inkooptrajecten te moeten starten is er behoefte aan een raamovereenkomst waaronder Nadere Overeenkomsten kunnen worden afgesloten zodat we snel ontwikkelteams kunnen opschalen. De voertaal gedurende de uitvoering is Nederlands.
