KVK is op zoek naar een opdrachtnemer die zorg draagt voor haar 'Brand Experience' implementatie. Onder Brand Experience (BX) verstaat KVK een consistente, uniforme en herkenbare ervaring van mensen (klanten, stakeholders en collega’s) met het merk, tijdens de gehele klantreis. Om niet steeds afzonderlijke (individuele) inkooptrajecten te moeten starten is er behoefte aan een raamovereenkomst waaronder Nadere Overeenkomsten kunnen worden afgesloten.
