Description
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit an application for pre-qualification in a negotiated procedure for the following services/projects: Framework agreement for construction management for the alteration of infrastructure and buildings connected to mounting antennas and masts. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has been given the task of altering the infrastructure and expanding stations in connection with FMA assembling new antennas and masts at a number of locations; project MIME/SSSB. This reconstruction will also involve a lifetime extension of the existing buildings, with subsequent securing requirements for buildings and infrastructure. Approx. 70 locations have been identified distributed nationwide. The locations have different systems that require varying extent and alterations. There will be several locations with inaccessible/challenging access.
