Description
ARTE G.E.I.E. is a European cultural channel based in Strasbourg and broadcasts its programmes 24 hours a day on all platforms in France, Germany and Europe, as a minimum in French and German (linear broadcasting). Non-linear broadcasting of arte.tv services (live and VoD) is available in six languages (DE, FR, EN, ES, IT, PL). For its Strasbourg headquarters, ARTE G.E.I.E. intends to put in place a unified solution to manage user communications on its video streaming platform. The aim is to centralise communication channels (email, push notifications, in-app notifications) while offering advanced personalisation features and automated user engagement. The solution must also guarantee full compliance with legal and technical requirements. The services are outlined in greater detail in the technical specifications.
