Im Wege des vorliegenden Verfahrens sucht die Abteilung Presse und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit des europäischen Kulturkanals ARTE G.E.I.E., mit Sitz in Straßburg, einen Dienstleister für die Unterstützung der Bild¬ und Textredaktion.
