Description
Stjørdal municipality intends to enter into a contract with Proneo AS for the procurement of first line service and business development. The framework agreement mainly includes: - Ensure an efficient reception apparatus (first line service) for establishing companies and existing companies. - Be an active partner who initiates and participates in development projects connected to business in the municipality. - Ensure municipal interaction with other business actors and the possibility to participate in regional, national and international programmes. In 2023 a total of 800 hours were purchased. The contracting authority estimates the same purchase of hours per annum in the period 2025-2027, with an option for a 1+1 year extension. An option will also be added for the procurement of 200 hours related to ongoing projects beyond the contract 800 hours per annum. Proneo AS and Stjørdal municipalities have had a similar contract since 2007. Local presence with competent employees over time means that the tenderer has built up a broad network and good local knowledge, which is valuable for the cooperation. They are therefore considered to be the only real supplier for this contract.
