ABB has decided to discontinue direct deliveries of service and support to customers within water and sewage (the Water and Sewage sector). ABB has, thus, entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Step Solutions AS, which is the official Channel Partner of ABB. This means that Step Solutions can take over responsibility for following up and continuing services connected to ABB's systems within water and sewage. Step Solutions AS has documented competence and good experience with ABB 800xA and ABB hardware. The company has a strong professional environment within automation and digitalisation and it offers services that cover both daily operation, maintenance and stand-by. For our business it is crucial with local presence and rapid response time. Step Solutions has an office in Trondheim, which gives us peace of mind for effective follow-up and availability when needed.
