Description
Het UMCG en de RUG zijn voornemens een bodemopwekkingsysteem (WKO-systeem) voor warmte- en koudelevering op de Noordpunt te realiseren voor acht gebouwen van de RUG en het UMCG. Dit systeem dient aangelegd te worden conform de BRL SIKB 11000. Dit systeem dient uiterlijk Q2 2025 koude te leveren aan het eerste gebouw (Anda Kerkhoven Centre) Vervolgens worden in de komende jaren de overige 7 gebouwen gefaseerd ingekoppeld. In 2022 heeft het UMCG een openbare aanbesteding doorlopen, hier zijn uiteindelijk geen inschrijvingen op binnengekomen. Gezien de hierboven geschetste Technische aspecten, en de resultaten van de eerder doorlopen aanbesteding is UMCG van mening dat een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging gerechtvaardigd is op basis van AW2012 art. 2.32 lid 1b 2 ˚. De omvang van de totale Aanneemsom is circa 7 miljoen euro, exclusief BTW
