Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego dla Warszawskiego Szpital Południowego sp. z o.o. w ramach Projektu KPO D1.1.1 – cz. VII. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: Zadanie nr 1 - Elektroniczna karta znieczulenia; Zadanie nr 2 - Tomograf komputerowy – rozbudowa o nawigację oraz wymianę wstrzykiwacza; Zadanie nr 3 – Pompa infuzyjna. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2 „Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy” oraz Załączniki nr 8A-8C – „Parametry techniczne przedmiotu zamówienia”. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności sprzedaż, dostawę oraz wniesienie sprzętu medycznego do pomieszczeń wskazanych przez Zamawiającego w Warszawskim Szpitalu Południowym, rozmieszczenie i montaż dostarczonych urządzeń w miejscach wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, uruchomienie sprzętu oraz wykonanie przed odbiorem technicznym (dokonywanym przez osoby uprawnione) rozruchu, prób funkcjonalnych oraz testów sprawności urządzeń. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zapewnić wykonanie rozruchu urządzenia przez autoryzowany serwis producenta, jeżeli jest to warunkiem koniecznym dla zachowania gwarancji.
