Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przedłużenie asysty technicznej, dla użytkowanych przez Zamawiającego, w modelu wieczystym licencji na oprogramowanie: ServiceDesk Plus, Applications Manager, OpManager, ADAudit Plus, Analytics Plus, Exchange Reporter Plus, Endpoint Central UEM, ADSelfService Plus Professional, Key Manager Plus na okres 36 miesięcy. W ramach usług wsparcia należy zapewnić: 1. ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Multi-Language Enterprise Edition (60 serwisantów, 2000 zasobów) 2. ManageEngine Applications Manager Professional (225 monitorów, 16 techników;EUM Add-On, J2EE Web Transactions Add-On, OpManager Connector), 3. ManageEngine OpManager Essential (Professional) (325 urządzeń, NCM 2/2), 4. ManageEngine ADAudit Plus Professional (2 kontrolery domeny i 2 serwery plików), 5. ManageEngine Analytics Plus Professional (2 użytkowników, Obsługa wielu języków), 6. ManageEngine Exchange Reporter Plus Professional (700 skrzynek pocztowych), 7. ManageEngine Endpoint Central UEM (22 techników, 1050 urządzeń), 8. ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus Professional (600 użytkowników wraz z MFA, dodatek Secure Gateway Services), 9.
