Předmětem je zejména zajištění provozování soustavy zásobování tepelnou energií ve městě Horní Slavkov. Cílem zadavatele v rámci tohoto zadávacího řízení je vybrat odborného správce a provozovatele soustavy zásobování tepelnou energií ve městě Horní Slavkov, s nímž bude uzavřena pachtovní smlouva, jejíž návrh tvoří přílohu č. 4 zadávací dokumentace. Provozovatel soustavy zásobování tepelnou energií bude vyrábět tepelnou energii v propachtovaných zdrojích tepelné energie a dodávat ji zadavateli coby propachtovateli a dalším odběratelům.
