Coillte is issuing this Prior Information notice (PIN) in conjunction with a Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) document for the provision of LIDAR services in 2025 Coillte invites responses from economic operators to the PMC for the purpose of market research This market sounding exercise aims to gather information and market feedback that will help inform the proposed approach Coillte will take in tendering for LIDAR Services.
