Description
TenneT is looking for reliable, trustworthy and highly professional providers of Class B and Class C Guard Vessels (GV) and their respective crews to conclude a service framework contract for the duration of 3 years (+2 +2 years as options = 7 years max.). For the specific tasks, the Client distinguishes between and requires GV of Class B (max. speed min. 15 knots) and Class C (max. speed min. 10 knots). The minimum requirement is a contractor fleet of at least 3 Guard Vessels for each Class: Class B (maximum speed of at least 15 knots): 3 vessels minimum within the fleet or in direct access. Class C (maximum speed of at least 10 knots): 3 vessels minimum within the fleet or in direct access. A guard vessel (GV) is required by safety regulations during various scenarios. The scope of work of the GV is to guard certain nearshore or offshore areas, e. g. during cable repairs, to protect unburied cables and joints, UXO locations or to guard a platform during outage of navigational lights or similar.
