Description

The National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh (NOHC) is seeking tenders for the provision and implementation of an IT Services. NOHC is looking for an experienced IT Managed Services Partner who can provide best practice IT Service Desk Resourcing and Management, Operational Technical Support for NOHC's Infrastructure and Services, and Consultative Project Resourcing across all of NOHC's IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and services. A summary of the requirements include: Datacentre Refresh, Production Servers and Storage, Replication and DR environment, Backup environment, Refresh of Core Network, Provision of Managed ICT Service Desk, Provision of Windows, and Hypervisor Monitoring and Patch Management.
