Description

St Vincent’s University Hospital requires the provision of a fully managed and staffed service for hospital bed and window curtains. This will include but will not be limited to the following: delivery, installation, removal, collection and processing of hospital bed and window curtains. The Service Provider is to provide all equipment, vehicles and plant necessary to provide the Services to St. Vincent’s University Hospital. The service requirements and standards to be met are outlined in Appendix 1 to the Request for Tender document ('RFT'). Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Services Contract”) will be issued for a term of 48 months (“the Term”). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. Dates for contract award and acceptance listed below are indicative only. As per 2.2 of the RFT, SVUH will facilitate Tenderers by organising an inspection of the Contracting Authority’s premises.
