Im Zuge der Streckenelektrifizierung der Innkreisbahn werden durch die ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG zwei neue Technikstandorte errichtet: - der Schaltposten in Neumarkt-Kallham (km 2,225) und - das Unterwerk in Pram-Haag (km 9,288). Beide Anlagen dienen der Energieversorgung und Schalttechnik für den elektrifizierten Bahnbetrieb und umfassen sämtliche zugehörigen Hoch-, Tief- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen.
