Description

Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist ein einphasiger Energiezähler (ECF) mit Lastprofilaufzeichnung, der für die Bahnstrommessung (AC/DC) geeignet ist. Es sind aus getrennten Signalen für Strom und Spannung Energiewerte zu berechnen, zu speichern und an ein Datenverarbeitungssystem (DHS) weiterzugeben. Insbesondere muss der Energiezähler die Anforderungen aus der Norm EN50463 (in der aktuell gültigen Fassung) erfüllen. Da der Energiezähler einen Teil des Energiemesssystems (railpower box evo) darstellt und in diesem verbaut werden muss, ist besonderes Augenmerk auf die Abmessungen des Energiezählers zu richten.
