Vergabe: Diverses korrektives Material DML Klima Flotte (sofern bekannt): DML Verfahrensart: Verhandlungsverfahren im Rahmen eines Prüfsystems Grund für Beschaffung: Vergabe des Bedarfs an diversen Ersatzteilen für 2024 bis 2025 für die IW8 DML. Die Vergabe erfolgt über 103 Materialien, ohne Option. RV ohne Mengenbindung im Rahmen des Prüfsystems „Ersatzteile der Fa. Faiveley“. Derzeit zugelassene Lieferant gem. Prüfsystem ist die Firma Merz als österreichische Vertretung der Fa. Faiveley / Wabtec. Rahmenvertrag da ein Vertragsverhältnis mit einem Bieter mit festgelegten Bedingungen für einen bestimmten Zeitraum aufgebaut wird.
