Description
Autoritatea contractantă intentioneaza sa incheie un acord-cadru pentru achiziţionarea de: "PROTEZE, IMPLANTURI ORTOPEDICESI ALTE CONSUMABILE MEDICALE" cuprinse in Anexa caietului de sarcini, conform art.114 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, de produse medicale si consumabile pentru uz spitalicesc necesare bolnavilor din cadrul sectiei de ortopedie. Durata acordurilor cadru va fi de 48 luni. Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare, pana cel tarziu cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul limita pana la care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor va fi in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificari, trebuie transmisa in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Autoritatea contactanta îsi rezervă dreptul de a redimensiona cantitatea contractată conf art .221, alin.1, lit.e/ si alin.2 Legea 98/2016.
