Description
La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Elle donnera lieu à un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum (2 000 000 euro(s) HT par période) en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du CCP. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée globale de 47 mois à compter du 1 avril 2025 (11 mois fermes et 36 mois éventuels). Il s'agit de la location de portes, panneaux et alarmes anti-intrusion afin de protéger de manière temporaire les accès ou les ouvrants des locaux du patrimoine de l'Office
