La consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'Appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit de la conception d'un bâtiment de 90 à 110 logements pour les internes, d'un plateau brut (qui sera aménagé en Self par le CHU), et des lieux de vie destinés aux internes. La durée globale prévisionnelle d'exécution du marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre est de 48 mois à compter de la notification du marché
