Description

Η Δημόσια Επιχείρηση Φυσικού Αερίου (ΔΕΦΑ) ζητά την υποβολή Δήλωσης Ενδιαφέροντος από φυσικά ή νομικά πρόσωπα που διαθέτουν προς ενοικίαση γραφειακό χώρο σε κτήριο που βρίσκεται εντός των περιοχών Δήμου Λευκωσίας (όλα τα διαμερίσματα) και Δήμου Στροβόλου και πιο ιδανικά κοντά στη Λεωφόρο Λεμεσού, για σκοπούς μεταστέγασης των γραφείων της ΔΕΦΑ. Η περίοδος μίσθωσης θα είναι τριετής (3) με δυνατότητα ανανέωσης για ακόμη δύο (2) περιόδους των πέντε (5) ετών ή ότι άλλο συμφωνηθεί.
