Ny annonsering av upphandling KOM-416284 då den upphandlingen avbröts på grund av brister i förfrågningsunderlaget och bristande konkurrens. Förfrågningsunderlaget har rättats och kompletterats. Ändringar och tillägg är markerade med gul bakgrundsfärg. Genomstruken text är ej gällande, utan är bara med för att visa skillnader gentemot tidigare publicerade handlingar.
