Deze Raamovereenkomst betreft het leveren van promotieartikelen en relatiegeschenken voor Opdrachtgever. Opdrachtgever maakt gebruik van een webshop. Enerzijds voor de zakelijke bestellingen (middels een OCI-koppeling via Proactis) en anderzijds voor de particuliere bestellingen die direct via de webshop verlopen. De zakelijke bestellingen vinden plaats via het inkoopsysteem Proactis. De particuliere bestellingen vinden niet plaats via het inkoopsysteem Proactis en worden volledig in de webshop uitgevoerd.
