Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια οχήματος – κινητής εκθεσιακής μονάδας για το Δήμο Κοζάνης, για τις ανάγκες της Δ/νσης Τοπικής Οικονομικής Ανάπτυξης του Δήμου Κοζάνης, στον τομέα της υποστήριξης και της προβολής του τουριστικού και λαογραφικού προϊόντος του Δήμου, τη συμμετοχή του Δήμου σε εκθέσεις πανελλήνιας εμβέλειας, τη συμμετοχή του σε ποικίλες εκδηλώσεις για την ενημέρωση και την ευαισθητοποίηση των πολιτών σε θέματα εκπαιδευτικά, ψυχαγωγικά, περιβαλλοντικά, οικολογίας, στη προώθηση και υποστήριξη των Νομικών Προσώπων, (Κοβεντάρειος Δημοτική Βιβλιοθήκη, Οργανισμός Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού, κλπ) την παρουσίαση του έργου του Δήμου Κοζάνης, ακόμα και την υποστήριξη δράσεων εθελοντισμού, κοινωνικής υποστήριξης και πολιτικής προστασίας.
