Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια φορητών καμερών θερμικής απεικόνισης (μικρής, μεσαίας και μακράς εμβέλειας), κάθε μία εκ των οποίων θα διαθέτει τα χαρακτηριστικά που περιγράφονται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας. Τα υπό προμήθεια είδη θα συνοδεύεται από όλα τα μέρη - παρελκόμενα που είναι αναγκαία για την ομαλή λειτουργία τους. Για το σύνολο του προσφερόμενου υλικοτεχνικού εξοπλισμού και λογισμικού, θα παρέχεται εγγύηση καλής λειτουργίας. Ο ανάδοχος υποχρεούται να παρέχει υπηρεσίες τεχνικής υποστήριξης και εκπαίδευσης
