1. Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης αποτελεί η Προμήθεια Εξοπλισμού για την Ειδικότητα «Σχεδιασμός και Κατασκευή Ενδυμάτων», για τον εκσυγχρονισμό της ειδικότητας όσον αφορά στα εξειδικευμένα μηχανήματα και συσκευές, στην τεχνολογία, στην εξειδικευμένη επίπλωση και στην αναγκαία κτηριακή αναβάθμιση με στόχο την εναρμόνισή τους με τις ανάγκες της βιομηχανίας στο επαγγελματικό συγκείμενο του τομέα της Μόδας. Οι προτεινόμενες αλλαγές έχουν ως κύριο στόχο την αποτελεσματική μετατροπή κοινών αιθουσών διδασκαλίας σε εξειδικευμένα εργαστήρια Μόδας.
