Description
ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΙΑ ΔΙΑΦΟΡΩΝ ΕΞΑΡΤΗΜΑΤΩΝ (19/2024) Η Σύμβαση θα μεταφερθεί στον Επαρχιακό Οργανισμό Αυτοδιοίκησης Λεμεσού, με βάση τις πρόνοιες του περί Επαρχιακών Οργανισμών Αυτοδιοίκησης Νόμου (Ν. 37(Ι)/2022), ο οποίος δημοσιεύθηκε στην Επίσημη Εφημερίδα της Δημοκρατίας στις 30/03/2022 και θα τεθεί σε ισχύ με Απόφαση του Υπουργικού Συμβουλίου. Με την εφαρμογή του προαναφερόμενου Νόμου, όλες οι αναφορές στο Συμβούλιο Υδατοπρομήθειας Λεμεσού, τόσο στο κείμενο του παρόντος, θα ερμηνεύονται ως αναφορές στον Επαρχιακό Οργανισμό Αυτοδιοίκησης Λεμεσού. H έναρξη λειτουργίας του ΕΟΑ Λεμεσού είναι η 01/07/24.
