Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια ανταλλακτικών ηλεκτρονικού εξοπλισμού, και συγκεκριμένα ανταλλακτικών καρτών και υλικών προγραμματιζόμενων λογικών ελεγκτών, (PLC) που προορίζονται για τις εγκαταστάσεις των Μ.Ε.Ν. Γαλατσίου, Αχαρνών, Πολυδενδρίου και Ασπροπύργου. Για λόγους συμβατότητας των ανταλλακτικών καρτών με το υφιστάμενο σύστημα SCADA των Μ.Ε.Ν., οι ανταλλακτικές κάρτες είναι συγκεκριμένου κατασκευαστή (SIEMENS) και τύπου, με συγκεκριμένο και μοναδικό κωδικό.
