Description
Le projet aRTwin, cofinancé par l'Union européenne (FEDER, programme Région Normandie), vise à construire une plateforme de jumeaux numériques hybrides, associant modèles biophysiques et radiobiologiques et intelligence artificielle multimodale, pour la radiothérapie et l'hadronthérapie (protons, ions carbone et hélium). Les travaux portent sur la recherche et l'évaluation ; aucune utilisation clinique n'est prévue dans le cadre du marché. Le marché est décomposé en trois lots : lot 1 - données et modélisation (base de données multimodale, modélisation biophysique et radiobiologique, IA, jumeaux numériques simulés couplés au logiciel de planification RayStation), en régie dans les locaux du Centre ; lot 2 - recherche préclinique en hadronthérapie (production de données expérimentales sur l'hypoxie et la radiorésistance, tranche ferme in vitro et tranche optionnelle in vivo) ; lot 3 - plateforme, infrastructure et architecture (architecture, plateforme intégrative, interopérabilité DICOM / FHIR, chaîne MLOps), en régie dans les locaux du Centre, sans fourniture de matériel.
