Syftet med uppdraget är att stödja Ei med övergripande projektstöd: dokumentation, möten/Workshops etc, sammanställning av underlag, framtagande av underlag, analys av frågeställningar, stöd vid Workshops/seminarium inom ramen för regeringsuppdraget Plattform för dialog om elmarknadens regelverk samt att tillsammans med projektgruppen ta fram en slutrapport på svenska.
