Description
Denna upphandling avser primärt en standardiserad modell för projektstyrning, inklusive mallar och checklistor som publiceras som en länk för tillgång till samtliga medarbetare. Beroende på hur modellen är uppsatt kan även program- och portföljstyrning bli aktuellt. Vidare ingår utbildningsinsatser, där det initialt blir en större insats anpassad för myndigheten för att därefter möjliggöra utbildning för enskilda medarbetare eller en mindre grupp under avtalstid. Även konsulttjänster kan avropas.
