Description
Gävle kommunkoncern behöver stöd av en enhetlig projektmetodik för att styra, driva, samordna projekt, program, uppdrag och portfölj. I dagsläget använder sig kommunkoncernen av XLPM för behovet av projektmetodik och projektrelaterad utbildning. Projektmetodiken syfte är att den ska kunna användas genomgående över hela kommunkoncernen. I Gävle kommun arbetar ca 6 000 medarbetare inom olika områden, det är därför viktigt att projektmetodiken kan anpassas utifrån verksamheters behov- mognads och kompetensnivå. Det finns verksamheter som väl använder befintlig metodik men också de verksamheter som inte alls har börjat använda metodiken samt verksamheter av naturliga skäl inte kommer att använda projektmetodiken. För att projektmetodiken ska fungera krävs löpande utbildningar vilka ska ge en fördjupad kompetens för alla roller i uppdrag, projekt, program och portfölj.
