Description
Ydrebostäder önska handla upp en projektledare. Ydrebostäder AB stå inför ett omfattande renoverings- och ombyggnadsprojekt för Äldreboende Solängen och söker för därför en projektledare. Entreprenaden kommer att handlas upp som generalentreprenör enligt AB04 med en sidoentreprenör som Ydre Kommun (hyresgäst) tillhandahåller. Berörd yta på Äldreboendet Solängen är ca 7580 m2 BTA. Projektet kommer att delas in i 3 etapper där varje etapp blir tomställd av hyresgästen, men viss koordinering med verksamheten för de övriga etapperna förekommer. Den planerade utförandetid för projektet: hösten 2025 fram till årsskifte 2028/2029.
