Description
Predmet nabave su usluge projektiranja elektroničke komunikacijske mreže, radovi građenja elektroničke komunikacijske mreže te isporuka robe za elektroničku komunikacijsku mrežu, kao i prateće geodetske usluge pri gradnji te dovođenje elektroničke komunikacijske mreže u operativni status uz pribavljanje svih potrebnih suglasnosti, dozvola, atesta/certifikata i rješavanje imovinsko pravnih odnosa. Radi se o nepokretnoj pristupnoj elektroničkoj komunikacijskoj mreži sljedeće generacije (engl. Next Generation Access – NGA) koja se projektira i gradi u tzv. bijelim NGA područjima na području Grada Nina te Općina Privlaka i Vrsi (u nastavku: ciljano područje provedbe Projekta). Detaljni opis predmeta nabave nalazi se u Prilogu 1 (Projektni zadatak). U skladu s čl. 630 Zakona o obveznim odnosima (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22 i 155/23), isporuka predmeta nabave ugovara se s odredbom „ključ u ruke“, prema detaljnom opisu u Prilogu 1 (Projektni zadatak).
