Puitejärjestelyn kautta on tavoitteena hankkia Veikkaukselle puitesopimuksen mukaisia asiantuntijoita johtamaan ja toteuttamaan erilaisia kehitysprojekteja ja jatkuvan kehityksen työkokonaisuuksia yhteistyössä Veikkauksen ja kumppaneiden asiantuntijoiden kanssa.
