Description
Projektet omfattar ombyggnation av sanitet, dagvatten, tappvatten samt värme i fyra olika byggnader, Lingvägen 177, 179, 181, 183 – med totalt 190 lägenheter samt lokaler, tvättstugor och allmänna utrymmen. Samtliga befintliga badrum och WC ska renoveras och i kök och pentry/kokvrå ska varsam renovering utföras. Samtliga tvättstugor ska moderniseras och allmänna utrymmen som lägenhetsförråd på vind och i källare, trapphus och entréer och korridorer renoveras med avseende på ytskikt och belysning. Fönster ska målas invändigt, justeras och kompletteras samt förses med nya tätningslister. Värmesystem och ventilation ska injusteras. Fullständig radonmätning ska utföras.
