De scope van de Raamovereenkomst omvat projectmanagementwerkzaamheden. In het bijzonder gaat het om projectmanagementwerkzaamheden met betrekking tot bijvoorbeeld de realisatie van scholen, sporthallen, kinderdagverblijven en de renovaties daarvan. In de komende vier jaar is de verwachting dat er minimaal vijf (5) projecten gestart worden (renovatie of nieuwbouw), deze projecten zijn momenteel al geconcretiseerd. Het gaat dan om: 1) Vervanging sporthal ‘t DOK 2) IKC Dronten 3) IKC Swifterbant 4) Buitenzwembad De Abelen 5) Eén (1) gymzaal IKC Swifterbant.
