Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om te komen tot een Raamovereenkomst met twee (2) Opdrachtnemers voor de veelvoorkomende ingenieursdiensten in de openbare ruimte (ook wel: het Ruimtelijk Domein) (o.a. bouw- en woonrijp maken, herinrichting, onderhoud en mobiliteit), met als resultaat dat deze ingenieursdiensten op een efficiënte en effectieve wijze ingekocht kunnen worden.
