Description
Het doel van de aanbesteding is het voornemen van TNO tot het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met een (1) Opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van de financiële verantwoording van projecten uit het Future Networks Services (FNS) programma die vallen onder de subsidieregeling van het Nationaal Groeifonds (NGF). Deze verantwoording richt zich specifiek op de twee programmalijnen waarvoor TNO de penvoerder is, te weten Programmabesturing (PL0) en Leidende toepassingen (PL3). Naast deze rol van Projectbureau is tevens de financiële monitoring van het volledige FNS programma door een financieel manager, die zitting heeft in het Programmabestuur, onderdeel van de opdracht. De voorkeur van TNO gaat uit naar een partij die indien nodig advies kan geven inzake de subsidiemogelijkheden in complexe financieringsvraagstukken en de daarmee samenhangende administratieve verplichtingen. Deze dienstverlening dient te worden uitgevoerd conform de eisen en wensen als opgenomen in de leidraad. 1
