Description
The Consulate General (CG) of Ireland for Florida, the South East United States and the Caribbean was opened in Miami in 2022 as part of the Global Ireland initiative to double the impact of Ireland’s global footprint. The CG is currently located in temporary premises in the Citi Building in Miami and intends to move to a permanent space in the same building when the space is fitted out. This will require a fit-out, requiring a mid to high quality design solution in line with a modern European Representation and the mandate of the CG to represent Ireland and build the economic, political, educational and cultural work ties between Ireland, Florida and the South East United States and the Caribbean as well as engagement with the large Irish communities in the region. A Project Management company is now required to assist the CG in the management of the fit-out project from procurement of the design team and the design of the space to the procurement of a building contractor resulting in the delivery a completed office space.
