Gemeente Westland voert een niet-openbare aanbesteding uit voor het realiseren van de multifunctionele accommodatie de Expeditie. De onderstaande gegevens geven een indicatie van de verwachte omvang van de opdracht. Aan deze informatie kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Het globale Programma van Eisen omvat de volgende onderdelen: Primair onderwijs (De Nieuwe Weg) — 1.840 m² Voortgezet onderwijs (ISW Irenestraat) — 3.758 m² Gymzaal VO — 568 m² Kinderdagverblijf (Simba) — 785 m² Cultuurfunctie (o.a. bibliotheek) — 525 m² Daarnaast dient circa 2.000 m² terrein te worden ingericht, inclusief fietsparkeervoorzieningen voor ongeveer 650 fietsen.
