Proiectare (DTAC+PT+CS+DE) + asistență tehnică pe parcursul execuției lucrărilor la obiectivul de investiții “Coridor de mobilitate durabilă aferent râului Bistrița”- etapa 1, municipiul Bistrița. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari de catre operatorii economici, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor : 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la toate solicitarile de clarificari si/sau informatii suplimentare primite de la operatorii economici, in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, cu 10 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
