Description
Leverantören förväntas erbjuda lösningar som möter kommunens mångfacetterade behov, från stöd i äldreomsorgen och utbildningssektorn till att driva digital innovation genom AI och moderna IT-plattformar. Leverantören ska även fungera som en strategisk partner för program- och licensförsäljning, underhåll av befintliga licenser samt tillhandahålla tjänster för licensförnyelse för Kristianstads kommun och dess samarbetspartners, i enlighet med de krav som specificeras i upphandlingsdokumenten. Utöver Program och licenshantering omfattar upphandlingen en option på en SAM-tjänst (Software Asset Management) för optimerad förvaltning och kontroll av kommunens mjukvarutillgångar. Inbjudan beskriver kommunens övergripande mål och behov för att säkerställa en effektiv och hållbar digital utveckling.
